Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was first a part of Australia at Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Following numerous knee injuries throughout time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana had her first ever women's rugby union game that was played by New South Wales as stood out in the match that was played against Queensland. Allana has added radio to her roster, and makes regularly appearances on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Beyond sports, Allana is also a trained teacher. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos star and qualified teacher in addition to her sporting career she has played for Australia at three times, in touch football, in rugby league as well in rugby sevens. Jillaroos' star Allana Ferguson is called upon to announce an early conclusion to her professional rugby career after tearing her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson injured her ACL four times before, at ages 15, 17, and 20. After the fourth time she did it, her career was ended. Ferguson, JILLAROOS' playmaker was removed from early from the squad after suffering a 4th left ACL tear. Ferguson had an injury to her ACL last November while in training. This week she announced the news in an interview with The Courier Mail.
